Founded in 1997, Netaphor develops software solutions that track and manage fleet costs generated by printer, scanner and wide format assets. The company is privately held and its customers are global. Partners include Canon, Konica Minolta, Atea and over 60 resellers in Europe, the Americas and Asia.
Its flagship product line, SiteAudit, leads the managed print services (MPS) market for solution capability. SiteAudit has won Buyers Lab prestigious Outstanding Fleet Management Solution twice, in 2011 and 2015. SiteAudit is the next generation fleet data collection, analysis, alerting and reporting tool and provides partners with actionable business intelligence on their customer’s fleet. Netaphor’s mission is to provide next-generation fleet management solution for its partners and customers.

Management Team
Turning great ideas into profitable solutions requires a seasoned team. Leading Netaphor’s drive for success is a creative, hard-working group of executives each with over 25 years of software development and business experience.
Rakesh Mahajan — President & Chief Executive Officer — Mr. Mahajan is responsible for the company’s mission and operations. Prior to founding Netaphor, he directed leading-edge technology projects at Canon and Unisys, pioneering device and network management technologies and applications. There he earned a reputation for innovation and cost-effective development. He holds 8 US patents. He received his M.S. degree in Computer Science from Florida Institute of Technology.
Brian Anderson — Vice President of Sales & Marketing — Mr. Anderson is responsible for the worldwide sales and marketing of Netaphor’s printer and storage software products. Under Mr. Anderson’s direction Netaphor established the lifecycle management concept for printer assets. Prior to joining Netaphor he was director of sales and marketing at SOFHA GmbH, and international director of sales at NewGen Systems and product planning manager at Canon. He has over 20 years of sales and channel development experience. Mr. Anderson holds degrees in economics. He joined Netaphor in 2004.
Shripathi Kamath — Chief Technology Officer — Mr. Kamath is responsible for the technology vision and direction of Netaphor, as well as the financial management of the company. His software development ideas have led to groundbreaking work in the field of printing, factory automation and device management. At Wonderware, his team developed the InTouch product which in the mid-90’s accounted for over 90% of the company’s revenues. He holds M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from Florida Institute of Technology. He is a co-founder of the company.
